2. CANCELLATION
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours via "My Orders" page; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
If you change your mind after 24 hours and before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied.
3. RETURN POLICY

Al Hayat advises that when shipping products back Al Hayat, customers should choose the same shipper who delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value. If you are returning items purchased at a quantity discount price, the credit of these products may result in a price adjustment for products not returned. 4. HOW CAN I RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?
If all these conditions are met, please notify our support team.
We’ll schedule a pick-up for the corresponding item.
Please pack the item in its original state and packaging and hand over the package to the representative.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred if applicable.
